  ANSWERS

I have shared hosting account, what are my nameservers?
You should find our DNS information in our welcome email. If you're not sure what they are, please contact support@tonhosting.com with your domain, and we'll get back to you shortly.

I have reseller hosting account, what are my nameservers?
With reseller account, you are provided 2 IPs to register your own nameservers, and they should be ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com

How long does it take for my domain to work?
It might take up to 48/72 hrs for your domain to work. In the mean time you can access your site using IP.

Can I update my MX record?
Yes, you can.

If I have my DNS provided by another company, can I still use your service?
Yes, you can.

How can I modify my nameservers (DNS)?
You can modify your nameservers (DNS) thru admin area of your registrar.

How can I register my own namesevers?
Own nameservers are only available for reseller accounts. You can register thru your registrar, just provide them 2 IPs that we provide you.

Why I get 'Not A Registered Nameservers' error when I try to modify my nameservers?
Because you haven't registered your nameservers yet, you need to register your namesevers first before you can modify your nameservers.

How much does it cost to register my own nameservers?
It should be free. You must register them thru your registrar, we don't control your DNS
